Anne van Veen is a PhD candidate in History and Philosophy of Science at Utrecht University, researching the history of animal testing and alternatives in the Netherlands between 1950 and 2016 from a critical posthumanist perspective. In addition, she works as a dancer and choreographer and part of the PhD research is being conducted using arts-based research methods.
