Marta Rudnicka is a PhD student and researcher based at the Institute of Social Anthropology at the University of Basel. She completed her MA from Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her individual project revolves around food and taste in Upper West region of Ghana. She’s analyzing how tastes are culturally and socially created and negotiated, the modernization of everyday diets as well as professionalization and institutionalization of food and tastes.
