In her research practice, Stefanie Marlene Wenger examines display strategies of contemporary art in the current context of the post-digital condition. She finished her Master in art history with focus on curatorial studies and museology in 2014 at the University of Bern. During her Bachelor she participated in a one year scholarship of Deutsche Studienstiftung at Freie Universität Berlin. Since the beginning of her studies she collected valuable experience in the practical field of exhibition making while working at Migros Museum for Contemporary Art, Zurich (2014-2015), as a curatorial assistant at Art Basel Unlimited (2013-2014), in an internship at Swiss Institute for Contemporary Art in New York City (2010) and in her own curatorial projects. She is currently working for a private collection in Bern with focus on videoart and as a curator for a Start Up company, which is developing a digital art market platform based on blockchain technology.
