Mahroo Movahedi’s research interests derive from anthropology, cultural-, migration-, and landscape studies. Mahroo’s PhD project is a sensory ethnography. She uses art practice to explore sensory experience of everyday life in the region of the river Zayanderood in Isfahan, Iran.
