Lauren Collee is PhD student at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her PhD project is funded by CHASE DTP. It explores ‘nocturnality’ as a new environmental ideal, examining the emerging ‘Dark Sky Movement’ within the context of the broader policcs of illuminacon. Her essays, ficcon and poetry have been published in Real Life, Another Gaze, Public Domain Review, Overland Journal, Uneven Earth, Eyot Magazine, SPAM Zine, GLOAM Journal, and have been translated into French and German. She grew up in Sydney, Australia on unceded Gadigal land and now lives in London.
