Sabina von Fischer worked for the Institute of Advanced Study in the Humanities and the Social Sciences IASH and was the project assistant of the Winter School 2012.

She is a former member of the GS@IASH and has received her doctorate from the University of Bern in 2011. Her thesis written in Islamic Studies is focused on contemporary Muslim American narratives and the configuration of Islam in the United States. At the beginning of 2011 she co-founded Büro Vieltracht, a start-up that is active in the field of diversity management.
